FROM THE PASTOR

Did you ever feel like you could conquer the world, climb a mountain, really, accomplish anything? Then, with a harsh word, defeated moment or failed attempt you suddenly aren't sure you can walk across the street by yourself. Think of this. Jesus is the Son of God. He has the authority to walk on the water, feed thousands with a small basket of food, heal the lame-blind-sick, turn lives from sin and shame to a celebration of grace. This same Jesus hung dying on the cross. To add insult, they hung him half naked for all eyes to see Him in what was considered the lowest shame you could sink to. With arms opened wide, Jesus did not hang there in defeat. In that lowest moment when He shouted for all of eternity to hear, "IT IS FINISHED," there was a confidence born that day for every believer who would call on the Heavenly Father. The price was paid for us to achieve our destiny and greatness of God's plan for our lives. So when you stumble, mess up, totally fail at what you are trying to accomplish, have confidence, Jesus is right by your side standing with all victory, power, forgiveness, strength, love...all you will ever need!
